BUDDIES SCHOOL OF MOTORING

specialises in training experienced drivers to become DRIVING STANDARD APPROVED DRIVING INSTRUCTORS.

Just about every occupation that you can think of is represented; we have former officers and industrial workers; housewives; nurses; teachers and students.

A large number of applicants include Heavy goods and public service vehicle Drivers. It is not unusual for class one police Drivers to also be amongst out applicants.

You are eligible to apply, as long you are a fit and proper person, have held a full motorcar license for four years and have no serious convictions.

Many reasons are given for wanting to become a DSA Approved Driving Instructor.

A main one is the enjoyment of an outdoor job where you meet a lot of people from different backgrounds.

Teaching people to drive is extremely interesting when you consider the large number of pupils that you would be instructing, each one of them an individual in their own right. It is also satisfying to see your skills as an instructor enabling your pupils to progress safely to the driving test and to share in that excitement when they pass. Driving Instructors are out and about people. Within reason, they enjoy considerable freedom and job flexibility.
